Returns must follow our Returns Policy:

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.

You have a legal obligation to take care of the products in your possession and you must return them in the same conditions in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the products ).

Which means that clothing and/or accessories must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original tags, if any.

We consider parcel packaging part of the product. The item must absolutely be returned with the same parcel packaging in which it was sent to you.
If you do not comply with the obligations of our Return Policy, we may deduct an amount up to the total value of the product, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the product has caused.


To make a return, you must inform us by email at the following address: serviceclient@evolsquad.com specifying the number of your order(we usually respond within 24 hours).

We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item, after which we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
