Returns must comply with our Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
You have a legal obligation to take care of the products in your possession and you must return them in the same conditions in which you received them (to the extent reasonably necessary to review the products).
Which means that the Clothing and/or accessories must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels if any.
Please note that we consider an item with a perfume scent to be a worn and untried item. We do not accept returns on scented items.
We consider parcel packaging as part of the product. The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was sent to you.
If you fail to comply with the obligations of our Return Policy, we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the product, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the product has caused.
To make a return, you must inform us by email at the following address: serviceclient@evolsquad.com specifying your order number so that we can provide you with the return address (We we respond within the usual 24 hours).
We will confirm receipt of your returned item by email, then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Shipping costs for a return are your responsibility. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.
We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
